Median nightly price for a 3-night stay for 2 adults, checked on 13 Oct 2026 for 17–20 Nov 2026. USD for every city, including Bucharest and Brașov (the data source returns Airbnb's USD conversion, not RON or EUR). It is the per-night rate from the search price breakdown for those dates, before fees, discounts and taxes, across listings available for that stay (price sample n shown). Prices vary by date, so treat it as one dated snapshot.

What "calendar fill" means: the share of nights a listing's public calendar shows as unavailable. Public calendars cannot tell a booked night from a night the owner blocked, so calendar fill is an upper bound on true occupancy, not a booking rate.

How to read this

Typical vs. fullest calendars

Use the median as a typical listing's calendar and the 75th/90th percentile as how full the fullest calendars are. High fill can include owner blocks, so it does not prove strong bookings.

Small sample: n=36 listings

A snapshot of 36 listings from the first search result pages, not a census. Treat differences under ~10 points as noise.
